A key to Mental Fitness is to weaken the internal Saboteurs who generate all your "negativity" in the way they respond to challenges. Your Saboteurs cause all your stress, anxiety self-doubt, frustration, regret, shame, guilt and unhappiness.

When I did the tests, my highest two saboteurs were the pleaser and controller. Although neither came as a great surprise, the way the program has helped me to combat these has been absolutely game changing in my life - particularly in my relationships and interactions with others.

The positive intelligence assessment will tell you how much time you spend in a productive state as opposed to a negative one. Again, having a number as a starting point is a great way to be incentivised to make small changes to improve the score.

What are the results?

Boosting your mental fitness requires building powerful new muscles in your brain, not just insight.

Combining weekly video sessions and an exclusive App, Shirzad Chamine guides you step-by-step over a six-week period to boost the
3 core muscles of mental fitness.

Within 6-8 weeks of mental fitness training, you'd be able to see the results in MRI imaging:

1. Increased grey matter in the PQ Brain region, where your Sage lives 

2. Decreased grey matter in the Survivor Brain region, where your Saboteurs live

What does the course involve?

The 6 weeks focus on the following topics:


The first week you learn innovate 10-second PQ reps that boost your self-command. This enables you to run your brain rather than being run by your Saboteaur-hijacked brain. Self-command is key to intercepting unhelpful mental habits and rewiring your brain to respond more effectively.


For this entire second week, you'll intercept and weaken the most damaging Saboteur, the Judge. You discover how judging yourself, others, and circumstances is a key source of your stress and quite damaging to your performance. Most participants discover their Judge to be far more prevalent and damaging than they suspected.


This week, you intercept and weaken the top accomplice to your Judge Saboteur, identified through the Saboteur Assessment from the following:
Avoider, Hyper-Rational, Hyper-Vigilant, Pleaser, Restless, Stickler, Victim.


After weakening your Saboteurs, it is now time to strengthen your Sage, the counterpart to your Saboteurs. Your Sage lives in an entirely different part of the brain, generates all your positive emotions, and achieves peak performance through a calm and clear mind.


The Sage region of the brain enables 5 primary powers. Analogous to the 3 primary colours, these 5 powers recombine to form all of the emotional intelligence competencies considered crucial to professional success.


In our final week, you use your Sage's Navigate and Active powers to take clear-headed laser-focused, decisive action.

The next individual group will start from Monday 9th November. The weekly calls with me will be at 12.30pm - 1.30pm each Monday. Places are limited to 9 and will fill fast.


For organisations, I have availability to take up to 3 teams of 6-10 people through
the course this autumn.

The team courses can start on any Monday to suit you (with group coaching on either a Monday or Tuesday to fit in with the app based course).
